Reference Number 0000256288 This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the City) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The City requires a qualified consulting firm to provide consulting services as further described in the Deliverables for transportation planning and traffic engineering required during the term of the agreement. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years in one (1) year increments at the sole discretion of the City. Term: 2024/03/28 04:00:00 PM EDT - 2025/03/28 02:00:00 AM EDT Option: 2 - 1 year extensions Professional Liability insurance policy of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or $2,000,000 in the aggregate amount. General Liability insurance policy of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 in the aggregate amount. The City must be added as additional insured. Owned automobile liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. Non-owned automobile liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
