Renovation of a golf course in Florissant, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Question Submission Deadline : January 31, 2024, 10:00am Furnish all material, labor and equipment necessary to perform the following scope of work as described below: o Remove, replace, and dispose of all deck boards and handrail. Remove and dispose of section of deck on Southeast corner of building (will not get replaced). Deck boards to be Envision Ridge. o Premium Deck Boards with handrail to be American Aluminum Rail in Black, reuse glass sections of the handrail, place handrail on sections that will not be replaced. o Stairs to be rebuilt with pressure treated stringers and new deck boards and a new handrail. o Replace lattice on bottom of deck where it is now and secure to pressure treated 2 x 4's. o Replace rotten or bad joists on a time and material basis. o Remove, dispose and replace front door and 2 doors on the patio area with Marvin Doors. Front door to be commercial door with both doors active and no side lights. Must be ADA complaint and egress complaint. Patio doors to be ADA compliant doors to either sliding doors or option for French doors. Doors to match existing door style. o Pour ADA ramp for access on back patio and black handrails to match what is used on the patio. o All work to be completed no later than April 1, 2024
