Renovation of a municipal facility in Dunbar, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sanitary Board Office Renovations The Dunbar Sanitary Board (DSB) is accepting bids for the renovations of an existing empty office building. The existing building will require demolition of existing interior walls, kitchen and kitchen cabinets. Replacement of existing interior doors, some exterior windows, flooring, painting, drop ceiling and installation of new kitchen cabinets with necessary plumbing modifications. Question Deadline 02/16/2024 ,All questions on bidding must be submitted one (1) week prior to bid deadline and will be answered within three (3) days before bid deadline. All interested bidders shall be a licensed WV contractor that is fully insured and bonded. All bids shall have the following items included to be deemed valid: Valid WV contractors license Valid and current liability insurance limits Valid WV Bonding Bid amount and estimated time schedule Contractors interested in doing the work must schedule a site visit with Jennifer Hawes prior to bidding of the work
