West Virginia State University is soliciting bids to establish a contract for purchase and installation of carpet tiles and cove base for various instructional classrooms on the campus of West Virginia State University, Institute, WV per the attached specifications and terms and conditions. Carpet must be installed in compliance with manufacturer's written installation recommendations. Installation shall be in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and ordinances. Installation shall be completed in accordance with the CRI-104, "Standard for installation of Commercial Textile Floorcovering Materials", for all aspects not covered in the manufacturer's written installation recommendations.
