Demolition and site work for a residential development in Dunbar, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
City of Dunbar will be accepting bids for the demolition of five dwellings located around the city. The lowest combined price will be awarded the bid. The winning bidder will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Form and follow the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 as published in the Federal Register. The dwellings to be demolished are as follows: 209 16th St. Dunbar 1029 Lower Midway Dr. Dunbar 1761 Roxalana Rd. Dunbar 415 Westmoreland Dr Dunbar 1305 1/2 Lightner Ave. Asbestos testing has been done on all dwellings and test results will be available at the pre-bid meeting.
