Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of May 2, 2024 there were no bids received for this project. Project will be regrouped and rebid, but a specific date had not been set. Anthony Youth Farm Phase II Work consists of vertical and flatwork construction in Anthony, New Mexico of 1. Anthony Youth Farm Phase II. Phase II consists of utility connections to existing infrastructure on site. Site improvements to include gravel driveways, rigid concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, irrigation systems and landscape. Building improvements in the base bid include the new construction of a single steel frame building with a footprint of 6,750 SF and all of its associated improvements. By bid alternate a steel silo structure of 24' diameter footprint is being considered in Phase II as well. Bidders' attention is directed to the requirements of the Bidding Documents for adherence to applicable federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and ordinances, including equal employment opportunity, New Mexico resident contractor preference, New Mexico Retainage Act, and payment of minimum wages and taxes.
