Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Anthony, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
As of May 24, 2024 project was awarded to Crosstown Construction, but awarded amount is not available. Asbestos Abatement Contractors for Gadsden Middle School, Main Building, Annex Building, & Portable - Successful Bidder shall complete project in accordance with dates set forth in Project Schedule included in this project manual. If Bidder fails to finish project in said dates, he is liable to Gadsden Independent School District or have deducted from funds owed, as liquidated damages the sum of five-hundred ($500.00) dollars per day plus Consultant and/or Air monitoring costs per day for each calendar day of delay until the project is substantially completed. Owner reserves the right to refuse any and all bids for any reason that serves the best interest of the Owner or building Occupants. Owner reserves the right to waive any technicality or irregularity in a bid.
