The South-Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) solicits sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install new electronic access gates at its Anthony and Sunland Park transit facilities. This project is funded through the FY2025 Section 5339 federal grant for facility rehabilitation. Project Locations 1. Anthony Facility - Address: 830 Anthony Drive, Anthony, NM 88021 - Replace existing manual gate with electronic gate - Install a card reader access control system for employee access -Left pedestrian gate section: 6.6 feet - This section can remain as a newly replaced metal pedestrian access door, or it may be fully replaced by the main gate system. SCRTD is open to vendor suggestions regarding the most effective configuration. -Vehicle drive lane opening (main gate area): 25 feet -Right-side fence panel adjacent to guard station: 22.7 feet -Total impacted frontage: approximately 54.3 linear feet 2. Sunland Park Facility - Address: 295 Quinella Road, Sunland Park, NM 88063 - Replace existing manual gate -north door 204" (17ft) and South door 206"(17ft 2 in) - Install a card reader access control system compatible with Anthony's system - Removal and disposal of existing manual gates - Electrical upgrades to support gate operation and access control - Programming and integration of card reader systems - ADA, OSHA, and local code compliance - Coordination with SCRTD to ensure minimal disruption of operations - Provide training, manuals, and warranty documentation Deliverables - Two fully operational electronic gates - Card reader system programmed for SCRTD-issued employee access cards - 3-year minimum warranty. The warranty must include full coverage of parts and labor, with a maximum response time of 72 business hours for service issues. - Technical and maintenance documentation These measurements correspond to the existing conditions as documented onsite and depicted in the attached image. All components, including the new gate, card reader, and associated fencing, shall align with these spatial parameters. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
