Reference Number AB-2024-00751 The supply and availability of the following: 1.2.1.1 Up to 65,000 tonnes of 4:20 crushed gravel. 1.2.1.2 Up to 10,000 tonnes of 4:40 crushed gravel. Supply gravel and associated or related equipment to crush and stockpile the gravel aggregate consistent with the stipulated schedules, at an aggregate source of the Contractors choice. Conduct Quality Control testing on the crushed gravel aggregate being produced to ensure that the crushed gravel aggregate meets the required materials specification. Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, licenses, etc The Contractor must supply all material necessary to complete the Work. A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tool, or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness will be considered incidental to the Work, and no separate or additional payment will be made. The Contractor must supply equipment all material necessary to complete the Work. Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for an amount not less than five million ($5,000,000) dollars and shall include the County as an additional insured with respect to the successful bidders operations, acts and omissions relating to its obligations under this agreement, such policy to include non- owned automobile liability, personal injury, broad form property damage, contractual liability, owners" and contractors" protective, products and completed operations, contingent employers liability, cross liability and severability of interest clauses.
