Reference Number AB-2024-00756 Thorhild County (the “County”) invites the submission of proposals from qualified firms to provide Gravel. (3-YEAR) All written inquiries received by email related to the RFP shall be directed to, Wayne MacLean, Infrastructure Director at Email: wayne.maclean@thorhildcounty.com The work shall consist of the delivery and placement approximately 65,000 tonnes of des 4 class 20 Specifications over the next 3 years. The Municipality would like this work to start on June 3rd , 2024, weather dependent. The quantities listed in the bid form are approximate only and are subject to increase or decrease at no liability to the Municipality beyond the bid unit price. All changes to quantities shall be approved by the Infrastructure Director. All loads will be filled to capacity of the equipment being used. They must be able to carry 27 to 40 tonnes. Contract Start Date - June 1, 2024 Contract Completion Date - August 30, 2026 The County reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposal and/or reissue the RFP in its original or revised form.
