Reference Number AB-2024-00757 Thorhild County (the “County”) invites the submission of proposals from qualified firms to provide Supply of Gravel. (3-YEAR) The supply and availability of the following: Up to 65,000 tonnes of 4:20 crushed gravel for 2024 Up to 10,000 tonnes of 4:40 crushed gravel for 2024 Up to 65,000 tonnes of 4:20 crushed gravel for 2025 Up to 10,000 tonnes of 4:40 crushed gravel for 2025 Up to 65,000 tonnes of 4:20 crushed gravel for 2026 Up to 10,000 tonnes of 4:40 crushed gravel for 2026 The Term of this Agreement will be determined after the RFP is awarded. Gravel will start being consumed in year 2024. And between March and May of 2025 and 2026 have gravel crushed. Contract Completion Date - May 15, 2026 The County reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposal and/or reissue the RFP in its original or revised form.
