Clear Creek County (County) is seeking proposals through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified and experienced firms to provide professional engineering and consulting services. Capital improvements for the Road & Bridge Department are locally funded through the County Road and Bridge Fund with an annual budget of $2M to $4M for total project costs. There is a backlog of roadways identified for renewal and/or improvements that require the services solicited through this RFQ for construction planning over the next several years. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, professional engineering and consulting for evaluation, design, and development of detailed construction plans and specifications, construction cost estimates, general analysis, and related project management services.
