The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for Concrete Patching, Paving, and Curb Repair Job Order Contracting (JOC) on an as needed basis where work is of a recurring nature but the delivery times, type, and quantities of work required are indefinite. LISD is currently composed of approximately 80 facilities. This solicitation specifically includes, but is not limited to, concrete patching, paving, curb repair, and other related products and services. Except for specific hourly rates, all pricing shall include all costs, including but not limited to, set up fees (mobilization), materials, labor, shipping and handling, in order to provide a completed project as required. Each project will be turnkey. The initial term for this contract shall be for two years. The District may renew the contract annually for not more than five years in total including the original term. Lewisville Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, accept or reject any part of any bid, waive minor technicalities and to accept the bid or bids that are determined to be the best value for the District.
