PVC pipe is approved for plumbing work. c. Sheetrock work to be Level 4 finish. PLANS a. Rough grade area on either side of new sidewalk at front as required. Provide topsoil to bring to finish grade, ready for landscaping by Owner. b. Remove existing shrubs at the intersection of the front sidewalks. Rough grade as required. Provide topsoil to finish grade, ready for landscaping by Owner. c. All existing ceiling tiles to be removed and replaced. d. Existing ceiling grid to remain except in areas of new work as indicated on the plans. e. All existing sheetrock to be painted. All new sheetrock to primed and painted. All existing metal frames to be painted. All new metal frames to be primed and painted. New doors to match existing doors. All painted trim to be painted. f.
