Question Deadline 02/01/2024 SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS Provide all labor and materials to complete the following scope of work: -Remove and dispose of entire roof system to metal deck. This includes gypcrete. -Furnish and install 1/8" per foot tapered EPS with a minimal start of 1". This is based on an additional 2 drains being added. -Furnish and install 1 layer of 2" poly iso insulation. Doing this will take the place of the existing gypcrete deck. -Furnish and install Carlisle Syntec .060 white TPO membrane. Membrane to be fully adhered to poly-iso insulation using standard bonding adhesive. -Furnish and install 2x6 pressure treated wood nails. Nailer to be raised 7" for new tapered insulation. -Furnish and install 24ga metal gravel stop on perimeter. Colors to be chosen from the standard on chart. Paint finish warranty to be 30yrs. -Furnish and install 24ga metal fascia to replace existing gravel stop. Colors to be chosen from the standard on chart. Paint finish warranty to be 30yrs. -Provide a Carlisle Syntec 20yr no dollar limit warranty covering labor and materials. -Provide required building permit. -Provide dumpster and facilities as required. -Work may begin June 1, 2024 and MUST BE COMPLETED by August 5, 2024. -Penalty of 1% per week if not finished by August 5, 2024
