**As of March 15, 2024, this project has been awarded to Adams Construction, awarded amount not available.** RCPS Transportation Bus Lot Repaving Repaving of bus parking lot at the RCPS Transportation offices Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Todd Kageals, Director of Facilities and Operations, at 540-562-3900 or by email to tkageals@rcps.us. Inquiries must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the due date in order to be considered. Remove existing asphalt. • Excavate area for base stone. • Apply 21-A stone base up to 6”. • Grade area to provide proper drainage. • Apply 2.5” of standard asphalt base and apply 1.5” of IM-19 asphalt mix with compaction. • Apply line striping for up to 30 parking spaces at 40’ long. • Remove and reinstall concrete stop blocks, supply new blocks as needed.
