The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified and licensed Bidders to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and services necessary for and reasonable incidental to the completion of asphalt resealing and restriping for the City of Salem Stadium located at 1002 Texas Street, Salem, Virginia 24153 Question Deadline 04/01/2024 at 3:00 PM ET For questions regarding this bid, please contact: Michelle Braxton, Purchasing Manager P.O. The Successful Bidder must have a valid Virginia Class A Contractors License and must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience with similar projects. Evidence of contractor's license and experience must be submitted with the bid. Work shall begin with a Notice to Proceed, which will be as soon as possible after award and must be completed between August 5, 2024 to August 23, 2024. Award will be made in the best interest of the city of salem, the city reservesthe right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, And to purchase any part of, or the whole of, the items and/or services listed in this invitation to bid.
