Summary: The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified and licensed Bidders to provide elevator maintenance services, on a regular and/or as needed basis, at various locations within the City and City Schools, Any Questions Concerning This Invitation to Bid (Itb) Should Be Directed to Michelle Braxton, Purchasing Manager at (540) 375-3063 or by Email at Lmbraxton@salemva.gov. All questions and clarifications must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024. This Contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement on costs, if an increase is necessary at the end of each year.
