Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified bidders to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and services necessary for and reasonable incidental to the completion of asphalt resealing and restriping for the City of Salem Schools at Salem High School located at 400 Spartan Drive, Salem, Virginia 24153. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Offeror must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
