Site work and paving for a civil project in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of February 24, 2025, information regarding the award and award date has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Please do not submit online questions. ALL questions should be emailed to Chris Kulhanek at kulhanekc@michigan.gov no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern on February 12, 2024. This project will consist of two separately funded parts. The first part is for Storm Drain Repairs and the second is for Replacement of Existing Roadways. Two contracts will be awarded to a single Professional Services Contractor (PSC), one to design the storm sewer replacement/repairs, and another for road replacements that are planned for areas that sewers are replaced/repaired. The PSC will submit a single technical proposal but a separate cost proposal for each part. Fees will be tracked and billed separately throughout the duration of the project. The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received because of this Request for Proposals FILE NUMBER 491/23070.CAK (storm drain) 491/23071.CAK (roadway)
