In general, the work will consist of: Completely remove and legally dispose of all vegetation, soils, and other associated materials to the structural concrete roof substrate. Remove and legally dispose of existing roofing materials, rails, and wood retainers. Install insulation and new TPO to the concrete roof structure including all flashings, railings, trim and accessories required for a complete installation. Regrade and restore disturbed earth around structure.
