Bentley Community School District (BCSD) through Progressive AE, the Architect, is soliciting bids for work as follows: BARHITTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: Exterior work to include revising private roadways and drives, parking lot improvements including asphalt replacement and/or new asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, site utilities, site lighting, and tree removal. BENTLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL: Exterior work to include revising private roadways and drives, parking lot improvements including asphalt replacement and/or new asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, site utilities, site lighting, and tree removal. BENTLEY HIGH SCHOOL: Interior work includes replacement of masonry glass blocks with storefront glazing systems, relocation of exhaust fans, minimal painting, light gauge metal framing, and drywall Exterior work to include revising private roadways and drives, parking lot improvements including asphalt replacement and/or new asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, site utilities, site lighting, and tree removal.
