Emerick Construction Co., performing services as the CM/GC contractor, is seeking competitive bids for the Powell Butte Elementary School Seismic Retrofit. The project's jobsite is located at 3615 SE 174th Avenue, Portland OR 97236. The project consists of the seismic rehabilitation of Powell Butte Elementary School - original classroom wing, multipurpose room, locker room, office and kitchen. The work of this Project is anticipated to start mid-June 2024 with substantial completion in August 2024 and final completion September 2024. This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. The schedule for this project is from mid-June 2024 with substantial completion in August 2024 and final completion in September 2024.
