The principal items of work to be performed under Contract No. 1 - Site Construction, as more fully described in the Project Plans and Project Manual, are: 1) installation of erosion and sedimentation controls; 2) demolition of existing features, including but not limited to the existing tennis courts, parking areas and access drives, storm drainage features, and trees and shrubs; 3) earthmoving and stabilization; 4) construction of new parking areas, access drives, and sidewalks; 5) construction of a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall; 6) construction of new tennis courts and fencing; 7) installation of storm drainage improvements; 8) installation of traffic control devices, lawn, and landscaping.
