Documents will be available June 7, 2024. Notice is hereby given that the Project for which bids are being solicited hereby is a construction project constructed by a public entity constituting a public work and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, and other applicable regulations.
