A brief summary of scope of work is presented below. The project consists of masonry repairs including repointing mortar joints at face brick and CMU wall construction, replacement of cracked face brick, removal and resetting area of displaced brick, rake and repoint mortar joints at stone parapet caps, and replacement of broken stone parapet cap with new to match existing. Repairs to existing warranted single-ply membrane roofing include the installation of new surface-mounted metal counter flashing, removal and replacement of continuous sealant at membrane wall flashings and replacement of broken concrete plaza deck paver to match existing. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervisors, materials, equipment, supplies, levies, fees and like expenses as well as all other services and facilities of every nature, except as herein specified, whatsoever necessary for the performance of the Contract and to deliver all improvements embraced in the Contract, complete in every respect within the specified time. Contractor shall visit the site and acquaint themselves with all existing conditions as they affect the work specified. Contractor is responsible for providing their own power and other utilities that may be needed. The Contractor is to maintain adequate and safe conditions in strict compliance with all local, state and national codes. Where specific requirements appear to be at variance with the laws, ordinances or other applicable regulations, the Biddershallsecure an interpretation from the Owner or its representative prior to submitting bids. Failure to comply with the above request will result in the Bidder bearing expenses of correcting work to conform with any and all legal requirements. The Offeror must provide a firm; fixed price for all requirements set forth in the Solicitation, Offer, and Award. A lump sum firm, fixed price must be shown on page 2 of the ESLHA Form 1442 (Solicitation, Offer, and Award) which must be completed, signed and returned with the Offeror's acknowledgment of all solicitation amendments. Contractors omitting the Solicitation, Offer andAward form, Bidders Qualifications, Representations and Certifications and Other Statement of Bidders, Non -Collusive Affidavit of Prime Bidder and any Bid Forms on the checklist from their bid may be considered non-responsive.
