DESCRIPTION: The City of East St. Louis (the City) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced Construction Managers for the City of East St. Louis Senior Rehabilitation Grant Program. The Contractor and The City of East St. Louis designee(s) are responsible for weekly review and quality control of Construction Management Services. Contractor shall: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work described within the scope of services in strict accordance with this specification and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Respond to all emergencies within 2-4 hours of notification within specified hours and days of operation. Professional Services to include providing Scopes of Work, Construction Oversight, and Final Payment recommendations in relation to Senior Rehabilitation Grant Program. Fixed Price Per Unit.
