Site work for a water / sewer project in Colorado City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installing approximately 2,700 feet of water transmission line, equipping two wells and associated work. Work for the transmission line and each well will be completed under separate schedules. Bids will be received for a single contract consisting of the following schedules: Schedule 1 - Water Transmission Line Improvements, Schedule 2 - Well No. 25 Equipping, and Schedule 3 - Well No. 26 Equipping. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,150,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit to Riley Vane at riley.v@jonesanddemille.com, Allison O'Neal at allison.on@jonesanddemille.com, Jerry Postema at jerryp@hildalecity.com, Nathan Fischer at nathanf@hildalecity.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
