Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Colorado City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility.

Contractors must submit evidence that they are fully prepared and have the necessary licenses, experience, capital and equipment to complete the contract. The Town of Colorado City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any formalities or minor defects. This is a locally funded project using Town general fund revenues. Bidders must have proof of a valid contractors license. Project scope, in general, is the removal of existing sidewalk and window well, construction of an enclosed underground records room and construction of ADA compliant ramp from the parking lot to the main entrance of the town Hall. The construction schedule must be coordinated with the Town.
