Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panacea, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Alligator Point Water Resources District (APWRD) of Franklin County, Florida is soliciting proposals from licensed contractors experienced in the installation and upgrading of water distribution systems. Scope of Work: The purpose of this project is to expand the current water system to all areas of the Resource District, providing fire protection to all customers of the Resource District. The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of new water main and associated valves, services, meters and fire hydrants. The project also includes other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement such as: sediment and erosion control; disposal of materials reserved; maintenance of traffic and restoration of disturbed areas including driveway, curb and gutter, and pavement identified in the contract documents. The Alligator Point Water Resources District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications in whole, or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new Statements of Qualifications, or to postpone the opening.
