The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for concessions operations at the La-Z-Boy Softball Complex, James Butts Baseball Fields, and the Family Aquatic Center until 3:00PM on Friday, March 1st, 2024, at the Parks and Recreation office located at 401 West University Street, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The selected Concessionaire, as an independent contractor, shall provide contractual concession services, maintain accurate and appropriate books of account, and pay to the City a percentage of Concessionaire's gross income from all sales. Bidders must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months, or any misdemeanor conviction involving physical violence or theft of property within the previous 60 months. The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for concessions operations at the La-Z-Boy Softball Complex, James Butts Baseball Fields, and the Family Aquatic Center. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the bidder offering to the City the highest percentage of gross income from sales, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities. The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days. Vendors may contact the Parks and Recreation Office at 479-524-5779 to schedule a site visit to the facility.
