The City of Siloam Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing Professional Engineering and Surveying services for the Community Development Department. The SOQ's will be used for selection of firms for partial or comprehensive design and construction management of various projects, to be implemented in 2024 and 2025. The name and address of the firm shall be on the outside of the package and include "Qualifications for Engineering and Surveying Services". In evaluating the qualifications of each firm, the following shall be considered: The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of professional services required; The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules and deadlines; and The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. Proposers should structure their responses to follow this sequence where possible. The City reserves the right to issue a separate RFQ at any time for any job specific selection.
