The scope of work includes the manufacture and delivery of approximately 731 linear feet of 48" Reinforced Concrete Pipe. In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor's and Business Licenses as required by State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
