Renovation of an educational facility in Itmann, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid award will be based on the lowest bid meeting the flooring replacement specifications. Bid shall be submitted on appropriate bid form and shall include all costs to complete the work as specified. The Wyoming County Board of Education is an equal opportunity employer and hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason. The Wyoming County Board of Education is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the following project: Office Complex Floor Replacement - Wyoming East High School The contract is to remove existing flooring in the Wyoming East High School Office Complex and install new LVP floor coverings along with associated cove base and any transition molding necessary in all the areas listed for this work. All contracts must be signed before commencement of work. The square footages listed in this contract is a rough estimate and is not intended to be exact. The bidder is responsible for actual measurements of all areas to receive flooring. Bids should reflect measurements by the bidder, not the Board of Education. This contract also pertains to the removal and disposal of old flooring already present in the rooms. This contract is designed as a turn key job. All furniture moving is to be completed by the winning bidder.
