The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals to service and maintain LNG stations. This request is for a TWO (2) year Contract with FOUR (4) possible ONE (1) year extensions. All proposals must be made on the proposal forms provided by the Purchasing Manager and must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) in the form of a Cashier's or Certified Check, an irrevocable letter of credit, a certificate of deposit, or a bidder's bond of a corporate surety, authorized by the California Insurance Commissioner to do business in the State of California, payable and acceptable to the City of Fresno. All deposits will be held until a Contract has been executed with the successful Proposer or all proposals have been rejected. Copies of Proposal Deposits may be submitted electronically, with the exception of a certified or cashier's check, which must be brought to the Purchasing Manager's office prior to the bid opening and labeled accordingly with proposal number. The City of Fresno hereby notifies all Proposers that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied any benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against in connection with the award and performance of any contract on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation or on any other basis prohibited by law. Services of an interpreter and additional accommodations can be made available. Requests for accommodations should be made at least five working days but no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting/event.
