For the Roadway Improvement, Sidewalk & Curb and Inlet Replacement project at various locations near the Borough Hall located at 237 Seventh Street, West Easton, PA. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and selective demolition, install new stormwater structures, trench restoration, grading, g concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, asphalt mill and overall, asphalt full depth paving, pavement markings, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates shall apply.
