2024 Sewer Main Rehabilitation Project within the Borough of West Easton located near 237 Seventh Street, West Easton, PA 18042. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to provide 8" Sewer line cleaning service, conduct CCTV inspection of 8" dia. pipe and provide report, provide 8" Sewer Main line CIPP lining service along critical areas, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Question Deadline 12/16/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Location : online portal. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. The Borough of West Easton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Contracting Goals. Tenpercent (10%) ofthe total dollar amount ofall covered construction contracts and subcontracts should be awarded to Section 3 businesses.
