Questions Due Date: Oct 6th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT all questions shall be submitted through the bidding platform NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES AT 504 CENTRE ST AND REHABILITATION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AT 648 W. BERWICK ST: Note: A certified lead based paint abatement contractor is required on the portions of the project. For the construction of three townhouses at 504 Centre Street and the renovation of 648 W. Berwick Street, Easton PA 18042 The RDA is soliciting proposals for the selection of a contractor who will construct 3 single family townhouses and renovate an existing 2 unit building. Workers working on the renovation portion of the project must be certified in Lead Safe Work Practices a lead based paint abatement contractor is required to remediate identified lead hazards. The RDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposal process. Proposals may be held by the RDA for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the developers, prior to awarding of the contract. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
