Questions Due Date: Sep 10th 2025, 10:00 AM EDT Questions may be submitted through online The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and to complete parking lot paving improvements milling, overlay, base repairs, parking kiosks, bollards and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. Questions may be submitted through online. No bidder may withdraw bid within NINETY (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. City of Pittston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of NINETY (90) days. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost at online beginning on September 3, 2025 at 8:00 pm. The contractor shall provide and maintain adequate protection for existing utilities. Repair or replace such work damaged during construction to the satisfaction of the engineer.
