Site work for a road / highway in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project consists of Replacement of loop detection with video and/or radar detection and associated electrical work at (3) City intersections. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
