Completion Date: Oct. 4, 2024 It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. 2024 Pavement Preservation-Missman Lane project which includes approximately 8,000 SY of RABS and 1,350 tons of HMA paving 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located Missman Lane from Orchard Road to Mill Creek Road. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted in writing to the County's engineering consultant no later than 5:00 pm on February 12, 2023. Any changes to the Plan and Specifications will be in the form of a written addendum which will be made available to all plan holders by 1:00 PM on February 14, 2024.
