Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items: pulverize and relay, apply aggregate stabilizer, sawing asphalt & concrete, prepare foundation for asphaltic paving, asphaltic surface, and aggregate base. The Town of Washington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town of Washington. SCOPE OF WORK The work under this contract shall consist of hauling base as requested, pulverize and relay, padfoot rolling of pulverized material, pavement and concrete sawing, final grading, prepare foundation for asphalt paving, and asphaltic surface on various roadways within the Town of Washington. An aggregate stabilizer is to be applied to Schumacher Rd and Hobbs Rd. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
