Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

In general, the work consists of: This is an approximately 227 high radial brick chimney. The work will be exterior masonry repairs consisting of tuckpointing all masonry joints and replacing approximately 400 units. This work will be limited to the top 20'-0" of the chimney. The existing LED aviation obstruction lights will be cleaned and a siloxane waterproofing coating will be applied to the full height of the chimney. An inspection will be performed of both the interior and the exterior of the chimney.
