Scope of Work including but not limited to: The District is using a California Multiple Award Schedule to pre purchase the HVAC units as shown on the Mechanical schedule. Awarded contractor to provide storage location for units until replacement is slated for summer break. Contractor to deliver the units to the corresponding sites upon installation. Contract to remove existing units and install new units per the plans and specifications. Overall coordination of the Project will be the responsibility of the District Representative. Attendance for duration of meeting at the site is mandatory and each prime contract bidder (hereinafter referred to as "Bidder" or "Bidders") shall be required to certify, as part of its Proposal Form, that it attended the entirety of the Pre-Bid conference. Failure to include the certification will render the bid non-responsive.
