**As of 12/31/2020 all bids are rejected The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of constructing Clunie Swimming Pool Heating System at McKinley Park in Sacramento at 601 Alhambra Boulevard. The improvements will consist of 495 SF Building addition with Mechanical Room for Swimming Pool Heating System and three separate rooms for chemical storage. (demolition, clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, pool building, heating system, Pool Chemical rooms, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, PGE coordination, irrigation modifications, concrete walks, landscaping, and concrete walkways). Liquidated damages $2,000 per day. No oral representations or interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the contract documents.
