The Woodrow Hollow project is located at 9036 Woodrow Hollow Road, Pound, Virginia, 24279. The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of consists of the construction of erosion and sediment control measures as directed, upgrade and/or construction of access roads, placement of drainage pipes/culverts, a temporary bridge, underdrains, cable concrete, diversion ditches and drop inlet, installation of a Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW), eliminating a small pond, paving and the revegetation of all disturbed areas on the site known as the WOODROW HOLLOW PROJECT for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
