Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pound, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing 0.5 MGD WWTP including, but not limited to, aeration/mixing systems, mechanical screen, grit removal system, various pump replacements, meters, a new pre-engineered metal building, ultraviolet disinfection system, SCADA system, generators, and various electrical upgrades.
