Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to provide labor and materials for a turnkey Fire Alarm System at our Woodburn Hall building. Selected Supplier will be responsible for the demo of existing Fire Alarm System, the Design and install of a new Fire Alarm System. This is a Turnkey project. Woodburn Hall is a general-purpose academic building. The original section of the building was constructed in 1876. It is the heart of the historical section of campus at 1515 University Avenue. The building has 4 stories and a gross area of 56,000 SF. Pictures of the existing fire alarm systems are included as an attachment. Cutoff for Questions: Date: February 14, 2024 Time: 12:00 pm EST Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board. The following Bonds will be required with award: Performance Bond Labor and Material Bond
