Renovation of an educational facility in Faith, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work is for labor and materials required for the renovation of mens and womens locker rooms and bathrooms in the old gymnasium. All divisions of the work to be included in one prime construction contract. Work can start immediately upon approval of and submittal of approved contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid plus all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the "Faith School District, Faith SD". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. Demolition to begin June 3, 2024. All work to be completed by August 5, 2024, contractor may be assessed up to a maximum penalty of $250.00 per day for the first days after August 5, 2024 that project is not substantially complete
