Renovation of a communication facility in Faith, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade communication facility.
Electronic bids will be accepted for the KPSD FAITH, KQSD LOWRY REPLACE ICE SHIELDS project for South Dakota Public Broadcasting in Faith and Lowry, South Dakota. Prospective bidders must email the designated project contact in advance to attend a remote pre-bid meeting and may coordinate site visits by contacting the campus contact. Bidders may obtain copies of the Plans and Specifications from the specified office. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying the Plans and Specifications agrees to use them solely for the purpose of submitting a bid and acknowledges that these documents remain the property of the State. Each bid exceeding $100,000.00 must include a certified check, cashier's check, or draft for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or upload a 10% bid bond to the electronic bid. The BHRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
